HMRC has recently published its data strategy to define data ambitions and its vision for the future for data management.

Sanjay has joined the Department to lead the design and delivery for a Target Operating Model(TOM) for Data Management to support the Information Governance Framework. The TOM will enable the HMRC and provide a required future org. design, a technology roadmap, processes with defined sets of roles and responsibilities in data management and governance at an organisation level to manage and govern data better.

In his role, he is responsible to mobilise a team and deliver the TOM in partnership with all of the business heads in the HMRC.
