Ruth McGuinness

Ruth McGuinness leads the Data & AI practice at FTSE 250 company, Kainos Group plc, where she is responsible for driving data transformation for clients in the Public and Private Sectors; with a particular focus on trust and ethics.

Ruth previously led an Emerging Technology function within a Big 4 Professional Services firm, with a focus on developing Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics solutions for UK clients. Prior to this, she was a board member of a scale-up technology company that was a leader in SaaS delivered regulatory software for local and regional Government.
