Jessica McEvoy

Jessica McEvoy is a Principal Consultant at Scott Logic, specialising in providing strategy, leadership and delivery in complex programmes and organisations around the world. Jess has been designing, building and running technology platforms and digital services for departments across government and internationally for almost 20 years. 

Before joining Scott Logic, Jess was a Senior Civil Servant at Government Digital Service, part of the Cabinet Office, where she developed the UK government’s digital identity service and led the Platforms & Services teams in GDS, running digital products used by departments in thousands of services across government (including GOV.UK Notify, GOV.UK Pay, Platform-as-a-Service and the Design System). Alongside this, Jess led GDS’s work to export digital best practice and technical assistance overseas with international partners.
