David Bourne

David is a policy specialist working within the British Government. He started his Civil Service career at HM Treasury before moving to the Foreign Office, and has since taken posts at the UK Hydrographic Office and the Maltese Ministry for Foreign Affairs (on secondment). David is currently based at the Cabinet Office and is also a Royal Naval Reservist.
