Andy has worked in HMRC for over 33 years, primarily focusing on Serious Organised Crime Investigation. He is an Expert Witness in Digital Forensics and Cyber Crime Investigation. He has many years of experience in the identification, investigation and prosecution of fraud and crime, cutting across civil and criminal domains. For the last 14 years, he has focused on advanced fraud-risking systems. Designing, building and running high availability, highly scalable risking and alerting systems. His teams and platforms have won multiple accolades including the UK IT Industry Awards 2021 Public Sector Project of the Year and the Computing AI & Machine Learning Awards 2021 Winner for Pandemic Performance.
