For all the brilliant transformative work that is happening in public sector technology, as has been said many times, there is still so much left to do. Budget restraints. Procurement friction. Technical complexity. These are just a few of the many blockers to transformation. To overcome them we’ll need vision, strategy, agility - and the right skills, while always charting a course with user needs as our North Star.
