Head of Data Strategy at Companies House

Co-Host

I am currently Head of Data Strategy for Companies House where I am responsible for leading the organisation in cultivating and nurturing a data culture to mature data practices and ensure our data is fit for purpose. In this role, my team are developing and embedding a data governance framework, data policies and a data literacy programme for the organisation. My background is in engineering where I hold a First Class Bachelors Degree in Medical Engineering and a First Class Masters Degree in Engineering Studies. My engineering roles and a natural affinity for customer focus led me to spend several years in Marketing and Sales in the medical device industry before finding my way back to the technical world of data. Now I work to apply my understanding of good product development and management to the world of data.
